Because our handmade cards and printed materials are personalized and created specifically for each customer, custom orders are generally non-returnable. However, if there is an error in production or if the items arrive damaged, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue through replacement or refund.
For non-customized handmade cards purchased from our existing collections, returns are accepted within fourteen days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging. Please contact us at office@reliablebesttrue.world to initiate a return and receive return shipping instructions.
If your handmade cards or printed materials arrive damaged or have manufacturing defects, please contact reliablebesttrue within seven days of delivery. Include photographs of the damaged items and packaging. We will arrange for replacement products or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
